Our Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We only accept returns provided that the item(s) have not been opened nor used - for safety purposes - and thereafter, we shall refund your money, back into your account. This will only be done 24 hours after you’ve purchased the item(s), in the event of purchasing the wrong item(s) for instance. Please provide a valid reason for your return. I’m addition, please provide your name and order number when requesting a return.
In the event of an incorrect item(s) sent to you, please let us know via Instagram/Email, provided it’s within 24 hours of purchase and/or delivery, and we will request a collection and refund your money.
EXCHANGES
Due to safety precautions needed to be taken, we cannot accept any exchanges of any items. Thank you for understanding and for your time.💕
FAQs
•How do I cancel an order placed?
>To do so, we will need to hear from you within 24 hours from the time you placed the order, via Instagram/Email, with your order number/reference. The subject being: “Cancel an order placed”. We will take it from there and request necessary information from you.
•When will I expect my order to
arrive?
>NB: All orders will be processed once payment reflects on our side(approximately 48 hours). Orders are expected to arrive to you between 1 - 5 business days, from the day of payment clearance. This is exclusive of weekends as well as Public Holidays. Kindly contact uAfrica if your item is delayed or was lost or damaged. We are to not be held liable of any damage caused upon any item, as it would leave our warehouse in good condition.

use?
>We use the following payment methods only: Instant EFT(contact us privately via Email/Instagram for this piece of information).

>Once an order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number under a certain delivery company, in which you can track your order, on their website.
•Which shipping methods do you use?
>We use the following shipping methods: The Courier Guy, Courier It and Dawn Wing, which are all under uAfrica.
•How much do you charge for delivery?
>Our delivery charges are as follows:
R100 for 1 - 3 items, R120 for 4 - 6 items, R140 for 7 - 9 items, R160 for 10 - 12 items, R180 for 13 - 15 items and R200 for 16 - 20 items.
•Which materials are used for your lashes?
>Our lashes are vegan, cruelty-free, lightweight lashes, made from 100% pure Pioneer Korean PBT Fiber. Working both by hand and technology, tied altogether with a handcrafted cotton band. They are fully customisable to fit your eye(please trim before laying). They can be used up to 25 times. We hope you love them!💕
